To provide interest subsidy to the loans (@ 3% of the interest of the term loan) availed by Self Help/ Joint Liability Groups (SHGs/JLGs) constituted by unemployed members belonging to forward communities in Kerala, with  the objective to promote self employment, entrepreneurial activities.
